We never go shopping on Black Friday. Frankly it sounds a bit too scary and I don't want to see so much greed, that those "pushy" shoppers exuded, but we have been working hard lately and Tyler does have the time off work so we took the kids out for a break of unpacking. In our family the kids are allowed to ask Santa for one item each. We always approve their desires before seeing the big guy... So we took them to the store so they could let us know exactly what it was they planned on asking for. Darius said we wants a remote control race car, Ari has no idea what she wants still, Kallista liked anything we let her see and Athena wants a very specific note book she can take to school and create and write her own stories on every time she gets board in class. The boredom occurs that often... We'll see how her new school fares on that topic. She was so concerned that Santa would need help remembering which note book she wanted so she had us take a picture. Then of course the other kids wanted pics with note books they liked too...
Of Course supper heroes for Darius.

Ari likes anything little like her!

And here is the coveted notebook we hope Santa brings our extremely practical little smarty!

Kallista was kept happy through all this by munching on some red vines. Ty hates pictures of kids with food on their face but I love seeing them so happy!
